Uke catches 2 hands on 2.
Nage turns inside Uke into the Kaitenage movement, circling with the outside hand and allowing the inside hand to turn with the hip.
As the turn progresses Uke becomes off-balanced by the movement and releases the grip of one hand to regain posture. At this point Nage is able to easily complete the Kaitenage movement and as Uke is teetering forwards, moving Uke requires very little effort.

Nage = Sensei Mark Eastman.
Uke = Steve.
