Uke attacks 5th Form (Shomen-uchi).
Nage irimi's (enters) into the attack, using 'basic' defence and after dissipating the energy of the blow, drives into and under Uke's arm using a circular movement. Nage then drives Uke into the floor with a lock to the shoulder and elbow pinning Uke to the floor.
Nage = Sensei Derek Eastman.
Uke = Sensei Mark Eastman.
